Excel is a program used to make graphs and do calculations and interpret data.
Each box on the spreadsheet is the intersection of a row and a column and is called a cell.
Each cell is named by the letter of the column and the number of the row, such as cell D4.
You can enter words, numbers, or formulas into the cells.
Than you can graph the data in charts such as pie, bar, line, or column graphs.
